Some Frequently Asked Questions
I can’t find the Chaperone stroller
anywhere – is it for sale? The Chaperone stroller will be
available at retail on or before August 1, 2009.
I need a stroller now (or I need a
tandem which Britax doesn’t offer) – can I get $50.00 back for
buying just the infant carrier? No. The rebate program is only
valid when you purchase BOTH the Chaperone infant carrier and
Chaperone stroller.
I want to purchase the infant carrier
and stroller separately. Is that OK? Yes, you may purchase the
units separately (from different stores and/or at different times…even
different fashions). The only requirement is that you purchase
both the Chaperone infant carrier AND Chaperone stroller by
December 31, 2009 and send in the required documentation by
January 31, 2010.
I received one (or both) as a gift –
can I participate in the program as the gift receiver? Yes –
provided you obtain the original receipts from the purchaser and
send them in along with the properly completed forms.
When should I expect my check? Assuming
all information was provided on time, you should expect to receive
a check within a few weeks of submitting the documentation. You
will receive your rebate check no later than eight (8) weeks after
submitting the documentation.
Where can I get the rebate enrollment
form? You can obtain a rebate enrollment form from a local
retailer or download
it here.
The items were purchased for me but
not given to me until after January 31, 2010. They gave me the
original receipts dated (prior to December 31, 2009) Can I still
participate? Unfortunately no. As is clearly defined on the
enrollment form, all documentation must be postmarked by January
31, 2010. We would, however, be happy to add you to our email list
to receive information about future offers and promotions.
